Key Information
Our baits are produced in limited batches. After each new drop, please allow 3–5 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
For pre-orders, production usually takes about 3–4 weeks, then a few days for packing and dispatch.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 / €130.
U.S. orders: all U.S. packages are shipped from Illinois (IL) via UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You do not need to worry about customs duties or import taxes.
All other orders: dispatched from our facility in Poland (Europe) and delivered by your local postal carrier (for example PostNL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.).
We ship worldwide.
Returns Policy
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
The original delivery fee is non-refundable. Return shipping to us is paid by the customer.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
