All products offered by Zorba Baits are handmade fishing lures produced in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations between individual lures are normal and expected.
Because every bait is crafted by hand:

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
These differences are a natural result of the handcrafted manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Many of our products are released in limited drops.
Due to the limited production capacity:
products may sell out quickly
availability cannot be guaranteed after a drop
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Some products may be offered as pre-orders.
By placing a pre-order you acknowledge and accept that:
the item is not yet produced or in stock
production may take approximately 3–4 weeks
additional time may be required for packing and shipping
Estimated timelines are provided as guidance and may vary depending on production volume.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Orders for customers in the United States are first shipped in bulk from Poland to Illinois (USA).
Once the shipment arrives in Illinois, individual packages are sent to customers using UPS or USPS.
Because of this process:
it may take a few business days for the shipment to reach Illinois
after dispatch from Illinois, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days
U.S. customers do not need to worry about customs duties or import taxes.
Orders to other countries are shipped directly from our facility in Poland (European Union).
Once the package arrives in the destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal service (for example PostNL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.).
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the local postal service.
Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
the item must be unused
the item must be returned in its original condition
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
shipping costs are non-refundable
return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
